This privacy policy explains how ADEX Soft Solutions and developer Adil Anwaar collect, use, and protect information across our official web platforms and mobile applications published on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

2. Mobile Applications Privacy Disclosures

We engineer mobile applications for global distribution on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store with strict privacy-by-design standards:

  • Local-First Offline Play: Player campaign progression across 60 authored levels (1–60), high scores, mailbox hit streaks, 3-star ratings, gold coins, retro bike skins, and audio preferences are stored entirely in local device storage (Android SharedPreferences). No user registration or account login is required.
  • Google AdMob Advertising: The app integrates the certified Google Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob: ca-app-pub-7643950643888007) to serve optional rewarded video ads (e.g. newspaper refills or coin multipliers) and interstitial ads. AdMob processes Android Advertising ID (AAID) and diagnostic data to deliver relevant ads and prevent fraud in compliance with Google Play Developer Policy.   • In-App Purchases (Google Play Billing): Digital purchases (Coin Packs, Level Unlocks, Ad Removal) are processed exclusively through Google Play Billing. ADEX Soft Solutions never collects, accesses, or stores payment card numbers or financial information.
  • Children's Privacy: General audience (13+). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

  • Local-First Habit Architecture: Habit data, focus timers, streaks, and routines reside locally in iOS sandboxed storage with zero cloud profiling.
  • Apple StoreKit Billing: In-app purchases are securely managed through Apple StoreKit and user Apple ID accounts.
  • Parent-Guided Kids Mode: Fully COPPA and GDPR-K compliant local-only profiles protected by Parent PIN.

3. Website Inquiries & Project Briefs

When you submit a contact form or project brief on adexsoftsolutions.com, we collect your name, business email address, project requirements, and optional timeline/budget information. We use this data solely to evaluate your technical scope and respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, rent, or lease contact records to third-party data brokers or marketing aggregators.

4. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our website is engineered without invasive third-party cross-site advertising trackers or social tracking pixels. Essential cookies are used solely for session state, layout persistence, and cookie preference management.

5. Data Security Safeguards

We implement industry-standard encryption in transit (HTTPS / TLS 1.3), strict access controls, server hardening, and isolated environments to safeguard user data. Mobile applications utilize encrypted on-device sandbox storage provided by Android and iOS.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion Requests

Users have the right to access, rectify, or request deletion of any personal correspondence or data handled by ADEX Soft Solutions. To request deletion of your support correspondence or data records, please email contact@adexsoftsolutions.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". For mobile games (such as Paper Route: Retro Delivery), clearing application storage in Android Settings or uninstalling the app permanently purges all local save data.
