My MOMENTUM - Habit Tracker is an iOS mobile application developed and operated by ADEX Soft Solutions ("ADEX Soft", "we", "us", or "our"). We are committed to transparency and user privacy. 2. Information Handled Within the Mobile Application

My MOMENTUM is engineered with a local-first architecture. This means the core functionality of the app runs entirely on your iPhone using local device storage:

• Habit Data: Custom habit titles, chosen icons, color accents, target values (binary, count, or duration), and schedules.
• Progress & Completion Records: Daily check-in timestamps, streak history, monthly calendar completion grids, and routine completion milestones.
• Focus Mode Logs: Routine steps, estimated durations, and elapsed focus timer sessions.
• App Preferences: Sound effects, haptic preferences, visual theme, and notification times.

This information is stored locally on your device via iOS encrypted sandbox storage. ADEX Soft does not transmit, store, or back up your private habit entries to any external cloud database.

3. Parent-Guided Kids Mode & Children's Privacy

My MOMENTUM includes a parent-guided Kids Mode designed for family routine organization:

• Profile Information: Parents may set a child nickname, avatar illustration, and age bracket. This information is stored exclusively on the local device.
• No Child Data Collection: We do not ask children for email addresses, real names, phone numbers, or photos. We do not collect behavioral analytics from child profiles.
• Parent PIN Protection: Access to settings, habit editing, in-app purchases, and exiting Kids Mode is protected by a parent-configured 4-digit PIN.
• Compliance: In alignment with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K), and global child safety standards, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 in applicable jurisdictions). Children should not submit support tickets through the website support form; any inquiries must be submitted by an adult parent or guardian.

4. Website Support Inquiries

When you submit a message through the My MOMENTUM Support Form or email us at contact@adexsoft.com, we collect:

• Your name and email address.
• The inquiry category (e.g., App issue, Billing, Focus Mode).
• The contents of your message, and any optional technical details you choose to share (such as your iPhone model or iOS version).

Use of Support Data: We use this information solely to investigate issues, reply to your questions, and provide customer support. Support messages are processed via authenticated transactional mail infrastructure and retained only as long as necessary to resolve your request and maintain necessary business records. We never sell support email addresses or add them to marketing lists without explicit affirmative opt-in.

5. In-App Purchases and Apple StoreKit

If you upgrade to My MOMENTUM Premium (Weekly, Monthly, Yearly, or Lifetime), the transaction is processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit and your Apple ID:

• ADEX Soft does not collect, receive, or store your payment card numbers, billing address, or bank details.
• The app receives only a cryptographic receipt or transaction confirmation from Apple indicating that your entitlement is active.
• All subscription billing, renewals, and cancellations are governed by Apple Media Services Terms and Apple's Privacy Policy.

6. Device Permissions

My MOMENTUM may request the following optional device permission:

• Notifications: Used strictly to deliver scheduled daily reminders that you explicitly configure. You can enable, customize, or disable notifications at any time in iOS Settings.

The app does not request access to your device location, contacts, microphone, camera, photos, or Apple Health data.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

• Local Device Data: Because habit data is stored locally, uninstalling the My MOMENTUM app from your device deletes all local habit records, streak counts, and Kids Mode settings immediately and permanently.
• Support Records: If you have communicated with us by email or support form, you may request deletion of your correspondence by emailing contact@adexsoft.com with the subject "Privacy / Data Deletion Request".
