Frequently asked questions
Answers to common questions regarding MVP scoping, existing codebase assessments, code ownership, AI evaluation, and commercial pricing models.
How does a project start?
We begin with the business problem, users, existing systems, constraints, and the decision the first release needs to support. The output is a clearer scope and an agreed next step.
Can you work with an existing codebase?
Yes, where the repository, environment, and ownership can be reviewed. An assessment should cover dependencies, deployment, observability, security, and the cost of change.
Do you build B2B and B2C products?
The delivery approach can support both. The important difference is usually the workflow, permissions, onboarding, support model, and measurement plan, not a label.
When is AI the right choice?
AI can help interpret varied language or documents. Deterministic software is usually better for exact calculations, permissions, state transitions, and rules that must be consistent.
How is project pricing determined?
Cost depends on scope, uncertainty, integrations, platforms, quality requirements, data work, and ongoing hosting or third-party services. Numeric ranges require an agreed scope and commercial assumptions.
Who owns the work?
Ownership, source repositories, licensing, access, and handover are written into the project agreement. Marketing copy should not replace those terms.
